Review this guidance before starting your assessment. It explains how to access your test, prepare your device, manage common technical issues, and contact support.
Crucial Reminder
Do not begin an assessment until you are ready to complete it within the allowed time. Always review the instructions displayed for your assigned assessment. Test-specific instructions take priority where they differ from this general guidance.
Before Your Test Checklist
Ensure you check off the following prerequisites to prevent any disruption during your testing session:
- Confirm date, start time, and closing time
- Verify the applicable timezone
- Verify login credentials or access codes
- Verify browser matches list of supported systems
- Ensure device is plugged into power or fully charged
- Connect to a reliable, stable internet network
- Close unrelated background applications
- Complete system technical-readiness checks
- Arrange a quiet, uninterrupted workspace
- Have your authorized identification ready
How to Log In
- Go to the Candidate Login page.
- Enter your registered email address or Candidate ID.
- Enter your password carefully.
- Click Sign In to verify credentials.
- Locate and select your assigned test on the candidate dashboard.
Using Exam Access Codes
- Go to the Exam Access Code page.
- Input the test code exactly as issued to you.
- Input your candidate ID or email address.
- Provide requested identity validation parameters.
- Select Verify Access & Start to launch guidelines.
Browser & Device Requirements
Tested Browsers
We fully support recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. Legacy platforms (e.g. Internet Explorer) are strictly blocked.
Recommended Device
Desktop or laptop computers are recommended. Mobile screens are supported for simple quizzes, but complex tests require larger screens.
Browser Settings
JavaScript and Cookies must be active to sync questions and initialize security credentials. Disable external translational tools.
Starting an Assigned Test
Log in and navigate to the launchpad. Review the test rules, questions count, and proctor parameters. Clicking Start Test initializes the exam timer.
Note: Closing the browser tab does not pause the countdown timer. Always prepare to take the exam in one contiguous session.
Timer & Auto-Save Actions
- Autosave Integration: The system automatically sends answers to the database as you click or type.
- Timer Tracking: The timer is server-controlled. Page reloads do not restart or add time.
- Auto-Submit Lockout: When the timer hits zero, inputs freeze and the test submits automatically.
Handling Connectivity & Interruption Issues
Internet Disconnection
If connection is interrupted, the screen displays a reconnection warning. Do not reload or refresh repeatedly. Check your internet router and wait. The client resynchronizes state once reconnected.
Frozen Test Workspace
If buttons freeze, wait 15 seconds. If unresponsive, click the refresh button only once. Do not attempt to switch devices or open a new browser tab. If the freeze persists, contact support immediately.
Submission Guidelines
When completing your test, click Submit Test to review your flagged questions palette. Select confirm to lock inputs. Once submitted, answers cannot be edited. Wait for the confirmation reference before closing the portal.
Integrity Controls & Malpractice Warnings
Candidates must personally complete tests using only allowed resources. The platform implements integrity detection flags. The following actions are logged and will route attempts to administrative audit committees:
Accessibility and accommodations
We support approved accommodations including screen time multipliers, reduced motion, contrast scaling, and reader tools. accommodations must be confirmed in your candidate dashboard profile before launching. If accommodations are missing, contact your exam administrator before starting.

Q: Why is my assigned test not showing on my dashboard?
Check that the start date has been reached, and organizational approval is active. Refresh the page. If missing, contact candidate support.
Q: Will refreshing my browser reset my test timer?
No. The timer runs server-side. Refreshing only reloads the visual display and does not restore elapsed time.
Q: What happens if I disconnect from the internet?
Check connection immediately. If restored within a short interval, your session resumes. Previously saved answers remain recorded.
Q: Can I use my phone to take the test?
While the platform is mobile-friendly, desktop browsers are recommended for high-stakes assessments to facilitate proctoring compatibility and input entry.
